Introduction



This section offers a state of the art course on sustainable tourism. The course raises awareness on tourism impacts and supports an effective introduction of sustainability management approaches. Training modules for different staff members and product groups are offered. 


The information in this section will help to make sure that your company does as much as it can to benefit the countries that your customers go to. You can follow the information at your own pace. Just within your time and resources. We give you guidance, but leave you in control. You have the flexibility to choose the relevant training modules suited to the needs of your company, inbound or outbound. Whether you specialise in for instance adventure, golf, cruising or sun holidays. You only need to learn about points that are relevant to you!


The training can be concluded with an online exam, providing a personal Travelife certificate to candidates. The training is also open for students and other professionals and is already available in English and Dutch.  Italian and Spanish translations are planned.


After you have successfully  concluded this course you will be able to create your company or personal action plan of things you can realistically do, and to set your own targets. The action planning section will take you through the various steps and remind you of the tasks that you set for yourself.

In order to follow the training you must register with the Travelife organisation.
